General Information
- Bed linens, towels, kitchen cleaning cloths and final cleaning service are included in the rental fee.
- Garage for 1 or 2 cars per apartment and/or private parking space.
- Pets are not allowed.
- All apartments are non-smoking.
- Ski locker with ski boot warmer and bicycle storage room.
- Arrival/departure: on the arrival day, the apartments are available from 3.00 pm. On the departure day, we would kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 9.30 am. In case of a late arrival, i.e. after 8.00 pm, please inform us accordingly by telephone.

Booking conditions
- All bookings are only valid if confirmed in writing.
- A booking is only binding if the mandatory deposit covering 30% of the price per apartment is transferred within 7 days of confirmation.
- Arrival/departure: on the arrival day, the apartments will be available by 3.00 pm.
- On the departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 9.30 am. In case of a late arrival, i.e. after 8.00 pm, we would appreciate you advising us of your arrival time by phone.
- In the event of a cancellation, the initial 30% deposit will not be reimbursed. In the event of a late arrival or an early departure, you will be charged for the originally confirmed duration of your stay (exceptions may apply).
- Payment: postal money order or bank transfer. We regret to inform you that we do not accept credit or debit cards.
